Returns policy

We at Dens In Cart work hard to provide our customers with the latest Dental Equipments at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your Dens In Cart account. You can also Call our customer Care Team on 02442-224222 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at care@densincart.com.

The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at Dens In Cart by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at Dens In Cart
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at care@densincart.com
  • In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Dens In Cart. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Non-returnable categories– Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?

    • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to Dens In Cart. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, click here to print a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet

Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • A Coupon Code of the refund value in your Dens In Cart account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at Dens In Cart.

Terms & Conditions

This Return Policy applies to all items (with the exception of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, socks and free items) purchased directly from Dens In Cart. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website WWW.densincart.COM for the latest policy.

Shipping Policy

We at Koovs know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 500/-
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Cancellation Policy

Koovs.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 50,000 only.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

  • Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
  • Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
  • Koovs.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
  • Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at Dens In Cart. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
  • Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion Dens In Cart.
